Yet another edition of the Monday blues! Okay, I literally woke up at 2pm today and ate prata for breakfast cum lunch before getting hooked onto my computer playing CS and Warcraft3 for the whole day until about 6pm, yikes! As my parents weren't home, it was only my sister and I at home for dinner and as usual, she didn't cook or offered to buy back, so I had to do it. As lazy as I am, I called KFC delivery instead. Wahaha! And KFC, I'm disappointed with the shit you served me. I mean, you told me 45mins and took 1 1/2 hours to come? Bullshit. Late, I can deal with it but serve me a medium coleslaw that was not covered properly? It stained the dining table the moment I placed the plastic bag down! You've just lost yourself a loyal customer. =PYou know, I'm actually starting to miss school. Not because of the homework I get in school but because of the people that used to be constantly around me when I'm in school. Although I still meet up with a few of them for LAN sometimes, I haven't seen the others in ages! The rubbish we used to do in class, the bullshit that we talked about every lesson, the ever so contagious laughs, everyday was fun! If everybody were to retain this year, I don't mind joining you guys! Just an example of how much I missed school days, no evil intentions whatsoever. Haha! Well, old matters aside. Well, if it isn't another day of clearing my room. Damn it, I still have to bring my Dad's files and table downstairs, clear even more of my secondary school books and worksheets, and pain the whole room before it is officially done. My Mum gave me a deadline to do everything. She said that I had to get everything done by Chinese New Year. Which means, I have like a few more weeks. Guess I'm going to require some time management skills. I don't know why but I'm like kinda lazy these few days, like restless.By the way, yesterday's trip to Singapore Poly's DMC 101 course was great! We went there at about 2.30pm and sat in their auditorium for awhile before heading to individual classes, where we played interactive games. Our group got the Murder Mystery game. Fun! Detective Alfred Chan did it! Haha. We also had to do a news report recorded on camera. I'll get the footage of mine soon and I'd be more than happy to post it here for everyone to watch =) Anyway, you must be thinking, what the hell is Blue, purple and green? Finally! I brought my PC down to UVnium at Sim Lim Square with Gordon to get my wires tidied and sleeved up! Cost me a whopping $100 and I'll be able to collect it tomorrow in the evening! Yeah! Well, this is where my $100 goes:Cable management PSU sleeving 1x LED 120mm fan 1x UV Reactive 120mm fan 1x UV Reactive SATA cable 1x UV Reactive IDE cable 1x UV Reactive 80mm fan 2x UV CCFL lights 1x 80mm blowhole on the side panel My PC is going to look so sweat man! Can't wait for collection. Haha. Well, so far, the total expenditure for my PC, as calculated today is a massive $1873 and I still haven't bought my monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers yet. Damn it! Anyway, want to know why it has been raining almost everyday recently? Because Rain is coming! I personally think that the hype over him coming is too much. $888 for his tickets? Come on, Eric Clapton's concert wasn't even that expensive! For those who have no idea who is Eric Clapton. Well, he is a legend during the 80s and 90s, his guitar solos are out of this world lah. I repeat, legend! Rain? He's only a wannabe. Kimchi is going to spoil his voice one day and I'm waiting for that day! Oh ya, before I go. Is anybody interested in buying my Salamander Red Razer Diamondback? Bought it at the December 2006 Sitex show, used a few times only because when I bought my new PC, I wanted to go with a blue theme so I decided to sell it off. Kept in the box since New Year already and the mouse is in extremely good condition. Comes with a free Razer Lan-Pak. Interested parties can contact me. Well, well. If it isn't another Sunday with my family. What I did today? Just the usual Sunday stuff. Got up at 8am and left for church, went for lunch and shopping after church at Plaza Singapura. We spend almost 6 hours there! My parents did foot reflexalogy for 1 hour, we ate dinner for another 1/2 hour, did shopping including gorceries for about 2 hours and the remainding 2 1/2 hours, we were busy queueing up at StarHub. Not because they have some super goodie promotion going on but because I had to change my SIM card to a 3G one, something I should've done long ago. Terminate the wireless StarHub hotspots access because we never used it at all and lastly, to get an addition StarHub Digital Box to put in either my Mother's room or mine, I hope it is the latter! Haha.I did something digital shopping myself. Now, who said digital stuffs are cheapest at Sim Lim Square? I bought myself a Creative Audigy Value at only $49! What a steal, Sim Lim sells it at $56. Saved a decent $7 man! I also wanted to get the Creative i-Trigue 3400 speakers at $149 but they were out of stock, so I actually reserved one set for myself and they said that they will call me when it arrives. Yeah!   The Creative i-Trigue 3400 Speakers That was about all. Went for dinner at Golden Mile Steamboat, haven't really been there for quite a while. Steamboat was great, the satay sort of made me full before I could actually tuck myself into the seafood but I still managed to eat in the end. Haha =) Back home, I install the Digital Box for my parents in their room, so now they can practically stay in thier room and watch HBO or Star Movies all day long. Slacking parents. Nonsense! How I wish it was in my room instead. Damn it! Played a few rounds of Dota with my Clan OwnX mates. Had a little bit of fun until Samuel's wireless mouse had no battery. So he had to share units with me and I had to use his stupid Rhasta. I suck at macro leh. End up dying here and there but as usual, we pulled off a win in the end! Thumbs up! Played so much that I didn't respond to people chatting to me on MSN. So sorry guys. Especially Angel, so long never talk to her then suddenly got chance, I'm up to something. Haha, basket! Guess what? It was raining? Not really important but I can't belive I managed to wake up for breakfast! Haha, which meant that I only had about 5 hours of sleep but I don't care because I woke up to a sumptous Big Breakfast courtesy of my mother. Was rather full after that so I didn't go back to sleep. Went online and played Warcraft 3 with Jun Jie, Jia Ren and Jun Kiat. I managed to own a lot and also get owned, so I guess it was quite bad run. Jun Jie seems to have some problems playing a few games in a row. His performance somehow decreases as games goes on, for what reason, I have no idea. Which meant that we won the first few games with ease, then the next few took some time and the last few, we practically died. It was still raining and Jun Kiat left for work at around 3, so we stopped there. Hope he got drenched!Spent the remaining hours of the afternoon clearing up my room, I threw away like 2 huge bags of worksheets and workbooks while it was raining but I'm still keeping the textbooks, just in case, you know. I retain! Haha, doubt that would happen but as usual, in life, shit happens. Yeah! Was tempted to play Warcraft 3 again, so I ended up clearing the room halfway and started playing, leaving everything in a mess right now. The keyboard and mouse was like, "Come, feel me, move me, hit me" As of right now, as mentioned, my room is in a mess but I'm sort of like too tired to clear up everything so I guess the stuff can wait for tomorrow. Haha! Those of you who are wondering if my new PC is up, it actually is but not totally completed. You can actually go to my post on a forum to check it out. I called it Project 2007. Sounds good right? Haha =) Right now as I take a break from the screen, looking out of a window, I see a popstar. I see Rain. Great view from here, I get to see every single aspect of it. First of all, I've decided to use names in my blog. Yes, finally, I am going to type out my friends' real names. Haha, if you noticed, all along, I've been refering to everyone as friend as friends and her as her. Duh but now, thier indentities are exposed. Well, well. It has been a long time since I posted, as usual. Guess I had more important things to do then to type about my day on this site. Anyway, let me summarise my day. Morning As usual, I overslept this whole section and went straight into a section called afternoon =P Afternoon *The first name appears here* Nothing much happened. I woke up at 3pm. Haha. Read Gordon's(a name!) message and decided to go hang out. After all, I needed to go down to Sim Lim Square to do a 1 to 1 exchange for my DVD Burner because the stupid disc tray just wouldn't budge when i pressed the triangle thingy button, also known as eject. Managed to pull Jun Jie down even though he said no. Haha Evening/Night Played a couple Dota games before eating at McDonalds, again. Met Samuel after that and went for a few rounds of pool. I'm quite glad that I managed to get a few bank shots in but sadly, lost the final game, together with Samuel, to the suddenly accurate Gordon and as gay as ever Jun Jie, and had to punch the bill for the entire session. Damn it! It was fun though, fun =) Midnight It was slightly past midnight so I and Gordon decided to take a taxi home only to find out that we missed our bus en route to the taxi stand and couldn't rush back to the bus stop on time to stop that fucking bus. So, heck. The taxi stand was long, so we did something despicable, yes, I said despicable. Haha. We went like a few metres in front of the taxi stand and tried to flag down a taxi but God was watching and he totally screwed us, "No Taxi For Cheaters Like You" God said. Haha. So we became good boys and to another taxi stand. Once again, with the long queue, we were tempted to walk in front to get a taxi but God screwed us again, no taxis! So, we went to yet another taxi stand and God blessed us with a taxi and a Malay taxi driver who couldn't stop calling the other taxi driver, who made an emergency brake in front of us, a bloody fucker. Amen to that! Yeah! Came home, called Jia Heng to discuss about the chalet thing but as reckoned, so many problems came out because Gordon and the rest kinda like refused to stay at a chalet with people they didn't know, namely Jia Heng's friends. Aiya, whatever. Haha About 10mins past 3am and I guess I'm going to snooze away now. So, so long! And remember, taxi drivers who like to curse and other drivers rock! Because they give 10cent discounts! =) |
