title: We won!
The Benchwarmers. Yeah man! We won our 4-a-side soccer match today! It is actually a street soccer tournament organised by the EEE Club in my school. Well, you might be wondering how we won. Let me tell you a secret, it was a walkover! Haha, we won because the opponent didn't turn up. Not the most convincing of wins but hey, it still counts! This actually means that we get to go back on Saturday for some real action and this time, I hope we get some.
Oh yeah, check out some of these freaking beautiful churches in St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican City!

More pictures in my coming entries. Alright, I'm out! =)

title: Orchard library
Here I am, sitting in the library blogging about a Monday. As usual, I went to school at 10am in the morning to attend my Programme Design class and it was soon followed by CRS. That was the last lesson for the day and it ended at 3pm. While at the MRT station, my classmate asked me to join them for a 4v4-a-side soccer tournament which will be held on the 25th of July this month. Well, I haven't really touched a soccer ball in almost a few months and knowing my size, I'm more or less going to let the team down. Haha

title: Birthdays galore
Once again, it's Friday! Weekends are coming up and it's a great opportunity to take a quick breather from school. Anyway, as I type right now, it is actually Jiaren's Birthday! Happy Birthday, dude! That is if you actually even read my blog. Haha. The same goes out to Angel, Defu and Jun Kiat, who's Birthday all happen to fall in the month of July. Birthdays aside, I've been sleeping rather early these few days and I'm very glad that I can be like normal people who sleep at night and wake up in the morning although not everybody who sleeps late is like abnormal. Different people have their ways but the majority is always sleep early.
Harry Potter premiered yesterday and according to some of my forum friends, the movie did not live up to it's expectations but who cares? The title itself draws a crowd and that explains why I haven't watched it yet but there is also another reason. Well, that's because I promised a friend whom I haven't seen 5 months, Angel, that we would catch the movie together! On the other hand, I also said I would watch the show with the guys. So lucky me, Angel agreed to let the guys tag along and the guys, well, didn't mind. But so far, we have not been able to find a date where everybody is free due to the stupid 1st year Polytechnic and ITE time tables.
I guess that's more or less what's on my mind right now. So off I go to my games and bye bye blog! =)

title: Dim Sum Dollies
I went to watch the Dim Sum Dollies at the Esplanade today and boy, it was a hell of a show! Super hilarious show. It starred Hossan Leong, Pam Oei, Selena Tan and Emma Yong. All great comedians. The show is actually something like a musical on the history of Singapore. The funniest part to me was the part where they were trying to make fun of Lee Kuan Yew but could not use his name because it would probably be a case of slander. So they used words like, special LEE, happy LEE, lucky LEE, a lot of those!
They practically made fun of everything from Ghandi to Spice Girls. Simply great! A must see for those who like comedic stuff. Check out their site HERE

title: Live Earth
Today is the 7th! Which means that I haven't blogged for about 10days. Never mind, that is extremely normal of me to hardly blog.
Talking about the 7th, today is actually the date for the "Live Earth", some of you may know what it is and as expected, the majority won't until they're told. Don't you guys believe in watching the news or reading the newspapers? Anyway, frankly, I can't wait for the concert to begin. I mean, celebrities from all over the world gathering at different locatons across the globe to perform concerts to raise awareness of global warming. The last time something like that happened was Live 8, a few years but at that time, I didn't know how to appreciate such stuff. So now I'm all geared up to watch the concert for 24hours.
For more information about the concerts, you can visit HERE for all the information you need. It is actually going to be broadcasted on Channel 5 but I realised that they are still showing the 9.30pm news so viewers won't exactly get 24hours. Same goes for people going down to Plaza Singapura to catch the broadcast, I heard that they will be showing Channel 5. Haha, so unless you don't have a TV set at home (Super highly unlikely), you can head down and watch Live Earth with other people who don't have TV sets at home. Haha, in fact, it is starting in about 2.5hours time. Do remember to catch it!
Another link on Live Earth, but this time, it is a link to actually watch Live Earth online. HERE
Alright, off I go to my CRS project. Tata =)
