Well, I have been so caught up with school work lately that I don't even have anything interesting to blog about. Normally, I like to name the title something that stands out the most in an entry. Thus, the title for today's blog entry is 17 August.Now, let me do a recap on why I was so caught up with school work lately. First off, I had a report of around two thousand words to submit which I rushed on the last day although my lecturer did inform us 15 weeks earlier. When I think back, 15 weeks was actually the start of school and I dragged and procrastinated until the very last day. Well, you know bad habits die hard. The other school work that caught me up was a server mini project. We had to set up a fresh copy of Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server Core 2008 with Vista and XP as clients. We were also the first batch of students doing it so not much help from the seniors or past year mini projects. I have to say, it was quite difficult but I had a lot of fun overall. Well, this also had a report that needed to be submitted and as usual, I waited till the very last day to get it done. This report was really a killer. We had to make it like a tutorial for new users and that required super a lot of thinking to make it idiot proof to understand. At the end of the day, I wouldn't have been so caught up with work if I had a million dollars because I could quit school and jump straight into business or professional poker! You might be thinking why talk about a million dollars all of a sudden? That's because I heard a song, Ji Pa Ban, being played today and I just couldn't stop laughing and I asked myself what I would have done if I had that million dollars.
